Question by Mike W: Car Insurance “no claims” problem?
Can u help? My wife has had motor policies for 3 full years come 18/8/07. But, had a bump, her fault, in Feb this year. Is there any UK insurance company you know of that will give her one year’s no claims discount?
After all, she has has had 2 clear years claim free.

I’m thinking about getting a car I phoned up my insurance company and they said because I have not come to the end of my insurance with the car I got that I would lose my 3 years no claims bonus if I changed over cars also I would have to pay them 50pound to get out of the contract.
